HOW TO CREATE A WATERMARK IN PHOTOSHOP:

The basic 5 simple steps.

Step1) Create a new document. The size of the document depends on you, but a minimum size should be 200x200 pixels.

Step2) Create a new layer over the plain white background. This is very important.

Step3) On the new layer (NOT the background, the new layer we created in the last step) draw your logo.

Step4) Delete the background layer. You should have a grey & white checkered background, upon which you’ll be able to see your logo. Adjust the opacity of your logo, (minimum 40%), then save (ctrl+alt+s) your file as a .png file. When you save it as a png file, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to interlace it; check None, and then click ok.

Step5) You have your logo!! Now draw something, then drag your .png logo file onto the drawing, position and adjust it, and place it, and there you go! Enjoy :)
